Woody’s Wood-Fired Pizza uses only the finest ingredients to bring you freshly prepared, delicious-tasting pizza.

Our dough is made fresh every day, using superior 00 Neapolitan flour, salt, water, and 100% Italian yeast, then left to prove for at least 24 hours.

Each pizza base is delicately hand-cut and shaped, before being individually hand-stretched – No use of machines or rollers here!

You’ll witness the baking process right in front of you, as the flavour develops in our 400° wood-fired oven, creating an authentic smoky taste and a rustic textured crust.
